IYS engineers work remotely, as an addition to the on-site teams of our customers. They are highly accountable and able to respond rapidly to client requests and inquiries, using the client’s preferred communication channel (email, skype, etc.).

IYS engineers establish and maintain a consistent workflow. They always give an advance notice if unable to work on a given day or notify clients as soon as they step away from the computer with a brief explanation and expected return time.

Our engineers update clients regularly on work progress, issues, solutions, and output even when there is no requirement from the client itself. IYS engineers proactively identify areas of improvement and offer to complete additional work when they get ahead of schedule.
